Welcome to Vivid Voices
Vivid Voices was established in 2025 by an active and highly motivated group of young people who share a deep passion for youth work. Having been actively involved in the youth sector for many years, both individually and collectively, we finally decided to create our own non-governmental organization. Our aim is to further enhance youth work and create even better opportunities for young individuals. We are a group of friends who met and strengthened our bonds through numerous Erasmus+ projects, making this program our natural starting point for creating our own initiative.

Empowering Youth Through Connection, Learning, and Action
Creating space for young people to learn, grow, and connect is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that when young people are given the opportunity to explore new cultures, express themselves freely, and take part in shared experiences, they become more confident, empathetic, and active citizens.
Our mission is to support this transformation through inclusive and engaging international projects that promote dialogue, creativity, and understanding. We pay special attention to those with fewer opportunities, ensuring that everyone - regardless of background - has the chance to be heard, involved, and inspired.
Together, we aim to build lasting connections across borders and create opportunities that leave a positive impact on young peoples lives.
- Though newly established, our NGO is powered by a team with years of experience in non-formal education and youth work.
- We organize Erasmus+ projects, workshops, and creative events that support learning, personal growth, and active participation.
- Collaboration, inclusion, and quality are at the core of everything we do - with strong partnerships and visible learning outcomes.
